About Charles Burks

Charles C. Burks, Jr. has been practicing law in Tennessee since 1974. He helps clients with personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and administrative law. He is also a certified mediator who helps people resolve legal disputes outside of court.

Mr. Burks is known for being professional, ethical, and committed to his clients. He holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his work and character. Over the years, he has earned several awards and honors, including being named a Super Lawyer and one of Knoxville’s top DUI defense attorneys.
